The Nokia SDK v.2.18 is an excellent 7110 emulator, but unfortunately Nokia is making it very hard to come by. While all other device manufacturers such as Phone.com and Benefon make their emulators easily available after simply registering, Nokia keeps forcing developers to use the lesser Nokia Toolkits which are notoriously incompatible with the WAP environment.
  
The Nokia WAP SDK has been hard to find, and every time it's found, it disappears.
